Cleveland Bartending School

This was a really fun learning experience. Being hands on made everything so much easier to retain and remember. I loved every minute of it. :)

This school has been amazing, Milton especially. I have learned more then I ever though I would and had an awesome time doing it. I'm really exited to go out and start earning money in a job that I will acctually enjoy for once.

I just relocated from Chicago & was going to take this class there but, I'm glad I waited. Cleveland has an excellent staff & very professional program total A+ in my book.

I would like to say the school was exceptionally well organized, GREAT Instructor (Matt Ballish) who has been nothing but professional and very knowledgable in ALL Aspects of the Bartending industry, except my last day when I went to take my Speed Test to find out that the Liquor and Liqueur bottles have been rearranged for NO apparent reason. We have studied and prepared ourselves w/ the order in which they were in, now they have been rearranged (Premium put w/ call..ect). We found out that it was not the instructors, it was Will whom we know to be the director, who we only see come in and out NOT instruct. We DO NOT appreciate the change out of the blue and knowing when we actually get a job the order will be pretty much in the original order we've studied from the beginning,(our speed test limited us because we had to search for bottles). I would like to Thank Matt for all his help and time spent in making sure we understood what we need to do and remind us to ALWAYS check the bar and bottles before shift or else we would've not noticed the change. On test day I came in to the bottles all in a different order. All of the liqueurs were on the top shelf. We were allowed time to look at the bottles and make sure we knew where they were. I knew where the bottles were for the 2 weeks i had class. in every bar the alcohol is in order of price not here anymore. It should be how it is in a real bar.

i dont appreciate that i came to take my spin test and everything was moved around. you dont have to do that.. but iam every happy with matt bc he let me study the were everything was put at..

I thought the class was very useful for someone like myself who does not have prior experience. I learned a lot in class and feel more confident when I do start employment in bartending.

These classes were very useful. If you want to be more than just a bartender you need these classes. This course is what helps you learn how to mix drinks and not just serve drinks. Anyone can pour a beer or make a vodka and cranberry but this class will set you apart from a simple drink maker. You get valuable mixology information for a very affordable price.

Had a great time learning a new trade from 3 great teachers. I completed the course in 1 week which wasn't easy, but teachers were patient and made classes fun and easy to understand the information needed. Got a job within a couple weeks of graduating. Thank you all.
